sick as a dog today... apparently my immune system took a pretty severe hit on sunday and monday and tuesday when I basically ran myself to the bone and missed a whole lot of sleep. thinks to self--at least now I know two things I didn't before. that no amount of vitamin C can keep you healthy when you created the circumstances for your own collapse (ironically, no one is ever more thorough than you rself when it comes to accidental self-destruction). And that the average immune system is about as rough-and-tumble as a mummy.
The freezing weather doesn't help either. Know where it's warmer than this? A whole lot of places.
