This blog is part of Kevin Mahoney's ENG 230 Advanced Composition course for Fall 2007. Over the course of the semester, we will be considering the rhetorical construction of public discourse and how to rhetorically intervene in our public spheres. This blog will be an integral part of the writing you will do and will also serve as one of the course texts--a text that will be written by you.
Having ADD and trying to read this book is darn near impossible. I'm actually thinking about taking a friend up on the offer of him reading it to me, since I can’t find it on tape. I just don't know if I want to put him through the torture of reading this, since he doesn't have to. But I might.
